Very occasionally, as a result of the manufacturing process, the full number of Viskrings ordered may not be available and me way produce up to 10% less than ordered. In such circumstances we will, of course, issue a refund for the amount of the shortfall.
You may return items sold by www.ecapsdirect.com which arrived damaged, defective or were incorrect within 30 days for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
